I came to this location before and never had a bad experience here. I came here to redeem my birthday reward which I decided to go with six piece McNuggets. We didn't have to wait long to get my order and the employees were pleasant, patient and professional. The nuggets were nice and hot. Glad to know this spot is consistently good and look forward to coming by this location whenever I need to stop by a McDonald's.

I ordered through mobile order before heading to the location. There were only a couple people inside, so I expected my order, which was just one burger, to come out pretty quickly. Instead, I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes until one of the employees finally asked me for my order number. It seemed like they only started making the order after I was asked.

I used to regularly come here over federal way but the last three times I've eaten here I've been asked to wait and received soggy cold fries and burgers that have definitely been left under a heat lamp. Don't worry, manager who should be fired, I already filled the survey out. I just want the public to be aware of how far downhill this location has slid.

Bag packed very messily, fries upside down, and burger wrapped bad. Not great service 5 minutes wait. Value meal was good though.
