I stopped by Urban Chops in Auburn for lunch today and had a great sandwich! I ordered the Honey Peppered Bacon & Eggs sandwich, and it was delicious. Think cuts of bacon with two perfect over easy eggs made very well. It was a good sized sandwich and even though it was a little over $17, I think it was well worth it for the quality and how filling it was. It’s always nice to find a local mom & pop spot, Urban Chops definitely has that feel. I’m going to stop in here more often to try more of their menu.

GET YOU SOME! Hands down the best bahn mi I have ever had in my life. The Thai pork and shrimp bahn mi is pretty spicy. I think they picked the Thai chili peppers. I love spicy food so I loved it but my lips were a little tingly after finishing the whole bahn mi. I have been looking at this place for a few weeks and I am definitely going to be back to try some other menu items.

Awesome tofu banh mi!!!! I loved the munchy crunchy bits and the sandwich was extremely savory. I would describe this more as a "brown" sandwich than a "green/fresh" sandwich (if that makes any sense), but honestly sometimes that's what I want. Filled me up. Will definitely make a detour to return whenever I can.

Not your average Banh Mi - it’s more expensive and TOTALLY worth it. Nicely balanced flavors, fresh vegetables, and just enough jalapeño to add interest without lighting you on fire. Heaped (and I mean HEAPED) on some truly incredible Banh Mi bread - somehow soft and crunchy at the same time. One of the best Banh Mi I’ve ever had!
