We had a positive & delightful experience celebrating my birthday at Brinkley's Chop House in North Augusta, SC! We had reservations and were seated by the hostess upon arrival. We didn't have to wait. We received excellent service by Neil, our waiter. He was very friendly, we had a great conversation with him, he gave us attention throughout our time there, and made great suggestions to us when it came to food and drinks! The atmosphere was comfortable. The food was amazingly delicious and seasoned to perfection! Per Neil's suggestion, I enjoyed Brinkley's Signature 16oz Duck Fat Delmonico

It was our 14th year wedding anniversary and the dinning experience was excellent. Our server was wonderful and timed her visit to our table perfectly. From the appetizers,drinks, and the main course everything was delicious. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

They went above and beyond for my birthday, with a personal card on the table and a complimentary drink. Service was fast and kind. We enjoyed having Logan as our server and hope to have her when we return. We had the seabass, o-smash cocktail, the steak (forgot what cut) cooked in duck fat, and my husband had one of the local brewery beers on tap! It all tasted so wonderful. We had the chocolate torte for dessert and the peanut brittle touches on the torte were incredible

I had a great experience here! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. I ordered the steak and honestly it was better than I expected, tender, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, and the atmosphere was clean and relaxed which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to eat.
