I found this spot tucked away in a Fry's plaza honestly surprising since I've been in the area plenty of times and never noticed it before. I stopped by on a Saturday night to finally check it out. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the trompo right away, which is always a good sign. I stepped up to the counter and was greeted with a warm smile from the young lady up front. After looking over the menu, I ordered two tacos de tripa and two tacos de suadero. She asked if I wanted the tripas extra crispy I said no. We’ve had a lot of great tacos in AZ, but decided to try someplace new because of the tacos de milanesa. We love them in tortas but never tried it as a taco and it was great. They give you the option of corn or flour tortillas which is cool and it has beans as well. Flour tortilla was perfect for this taco. Also tried the milanesa torta which was probably the best thing we tried. Even better than the taco. Also tried consomé with carne, and three tacos (chicharrón, asada and tripa). Tacos were just ok. Food its okay, not really worth the 30min drive we did to it. Food presentation was bad, lettuce was starting to go pink and the amount they give you is not enough for a the machete(flavor was good) but not the lettuce, the lime was bitter. I went at night and one of the older lady was rude. It's good but the service and quality was not, maybe cuz it was the one time but will be the last. Overall 6/10 Thats how I got the food from them.

I enjoyed the pastor taco with piñas, it was tender and had great taste. The birria was my next favorite and the asada was good. I would probably order pastor or birria only next time. They have a salsa bar that has salsa verde, salsa rojo, cilantro & onions, cucumbers. The restaurant is a bit small but it was busy so no problem with seating. The staff were friendly and the order came out quick. I wouldn’t drive out of my way for this spot but I would stop again if I’m in the area.
