If i could rate zero stars i would. The other day we came to carls Jr for dinner. We ordered two meals and some chicken stars. She never gave us the recipet and when we got home we realized the orders were completely wrong. My boyfriend ordered the big carl and I ordered the Diablo. In return he got some sourdough chicken sandwich and I got the western. We live pretty far from there so we called about it and the lady said "we know we gave you the wrong ordered it got switched with someone dining in, it happened alot today" so we said "is there anyway we can get a refund on my order since it wa

I came here to order food based off of a coupon I had been given for a free burger even though it was not expired doesn't have a designated location, they refused to honor it seems a bit deceitful, and then their manager wouldn't acknowledge it. I ordered other food as well that I was paying for so wasn't understanding why they wouldn't honor the one burger of a coupon that is valid.

Employee was rude as hell all food was great as soon as I walked in the casher just looked at me and went his Way to go talk to the person in the back .this place was empty mostly all the time I come here sad. But they do have good food in stead of eating there I took off and ate across the street

I’m only giving this place one star because they had no employees the day I went. There was only the cooker/prep, and a cashier I assume she’s the manager. I waited 15 min for my food which was 2 burgers and fries, inside we were 2 customers and the drive thru wasn’t even busy. Cashier was nice and food looked good. This goes to the owner, person in charge, who’s the only one to blame for such experience. This a busy location and should care a little more about customers/ employees. I feel sorry for the two ladies working there
