Im from out of town, but this had to be one of the worse managed stores I have ever come across in my short time on this plane of existence. You drive up to the drive thru and you could be there anywhere from 15 mins + simply waiting to order. I waiting over an hour this morning at the drive thru to pick up my mobile order and no one "working" decided to even acknowledge me. I know this review will do nothing, I’m going to do it anyway This McDonalds is always and reliable be the most terrible one of them all. The people that work there are mean, anti social, and dramatic always. One was gloating while I was sitting there one time about “why would someone wait 46 minutes for just a single cheeseburger??” Over and over again… like why was he waiting 46 minutes?? I’m not sure how any McDonalds is busy anymore. It used to be cheap food with iffy customer service but at least people smiled. I was told rudely to order from the kiosk then watched 2 other elderly people get yelled at from the counter that they were ordering wrong. I can’t wait until robots take the jobs over. I hope that people start to wake up and stop eating here it’s expensive and it sucks always

Another McDonald's experience that wasn't good. I ordered my food on the app. 3 meals and I used the promo for a free big Mac. Waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes but that was ok. The car in front of me pulls up to the window and they are handed a drink then they are handed a nice size bag of food. About 15 seconds pass then the car blows their horn and the drive thru employee comes to the window and the car hands the bag back. So you could clearly see they were given the wrong food then the employee handed them a much smaller bag and they pull off. I pull up to the window and ask th
