It had been awhile since here. Got there at 315 had a 10 minute wait but wasn't bad. Forgot this location stays busy. Was seated promptly and Justin,our server was very polite and extremely helpful. We ordered the Pepsi and I ordered a Pepsi with grenadine. That and the appetizer was delivered in no time. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin smothered with onions and mushrooms with steak fries and a ceasear salad. My friend order a ribeye steak with chili on the side. My wife, some of our friends, and I celebrated her upcoming birthday at Texas Roadhouse last Sunday, and it was an unforgettable experience! Jasmine, our waitress, was absolutely phenomenal—hands down the best service we’ve ever had. She was attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to make the evening special, ensuring every detail was perfect for the celebration. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lively, and Jasmine’s energy truly made the afternoon memorable. We can’t wait to return and hope to have her as our server again! I went to Texas Roadhouse on June the sixth at 8pm. I ordered potato skins and they were not only undercooked but black like a bad potato When I mentioned it to the server, no apology said I will get you a new order. I stopped eating the rest while waiting for the new order. The server said the manager will bring me a new order. That didn't Happen. Instead they brought me 2 skins. Dont know if it was the manager By now the other skins were cold. I asked for more sour cream Our server didn't get it. After 10 mins I asked another server and she got it right away. Service needs a step up...it was my bday dinner with my mom and service was not up to par...blessed to have been able to celebrate with my mom after her stroke...no tea refills...no asking if everything was ok or if we needed anything...they weren't busy yet since it was just after opening...disappointed in the roadhouse on my bday dinner...do better
