I went to the Arby's restaurant in Norton, Ohio on Mon, Oct 13, 2025. I went thru the drive-thru and ordered a reg. roast beef sandwich and and 2 potato cakes. I placed the bag on the passenger seat, next to me. When I got home, I picked up the bag and placed my hand on the bottom of the bag, only to find it was wet! But I did not order a drink so why would it be wet? That's when I noticed there was grease on the seat, where the bag had been setting. Love Arby's! I don't understand, when going thru the drive thru. I can see McDonald's drive thru. It's packed but Arby's there isn't 1 car.. it's just hard to believe that people prefer McDonald's over Arby's. Even I think mcdonald is just as pricey, maybe cheaper! IDK, weirdos! Lol 😂.

Dont get me wrong the new menu. The smoked pulled pork. Not too smoky. But also not boiled. Nothing exceptional. But better than most fast food. Pickup order. You folks have never done me dirty on this or anything else. Thanks folks. Keep on keeping on.

Waited in drive through line for 10 minutes which is fine. Then I get told to wait in a parking spot and it will be out shortly. Took 20 minutes waiting before I had to go in and grab my order myself. All of that for them to get the sandwich wrong….
