Ordered through their app had ordered 4 baconators and frostys. Was told they were out of Frostys and would have to get a refund through the app. I got home and noticed the sandwiches were wrong and looked like they were just thrown together with random ingredients. I called the store and got the shift manager, she was very rude and hung up on me twice, I couldn’t even get her first name due to her just hanging up on me. DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS!

This store is always out of things. Want a baked potato? Good luck. Chances are that you'll have to wait at least an hour to get one. I've tried going thru for breakfast and have seen the staff all squat down to make it look like no one was there. It's no coincidence when I offer to buy lunch/dinner that others will say, "Not the Norton Wendy's" I expect it to close when Wendy's closes poorly performing stores later this year.

I walked in at 7pm. I was the only one in the facility and nobody in line at drive thru. There was 6 people working. I was told by manager that I would have to go through the drive thru they didn't have enough help. All the while there were 2 employees Manning the counter,3 to 4 in the back at cooking stations. Plus the manager. But she didn't have enough help to take my order. I was stunned. I walked out for good. Will never go back.

Service: 4/5: I did have to wait a bit longer than I was expecting since I was the only person in the drive thru AND I had a mobile order, but understand that openers in the morning can sometimes be rushing around to get things ready. Workers were kind and I could tell they were hustling.
