I have eaten Whoppers for the past 42 years but I have concerns I bought one just the other day and the hamburger patty was white it looked more like fried pork then beef it's not the store's fault it's higher up in the chain but I want to know why my hamburger patty did not look right it didn't taste the same either.

Visited today for the first time and I will definitely be back! Audra the GM just recently took over and had that crew working together as a team. Service was fast and the food was fresh. Juan took our order and was very respectful and helpful. My only gripe would be the temperature in the building, it wasn’t very cool. Hats off to the workers and the great job they did today.

My husband and I came through the drive thru and after leaving we noticed our order was wrong. We’d had 2 other recent issues with orders being wrong. I entered the building and was helped by a female manager. She repeated back what the issue was and fixed it herself. While she was doing that she instructed the employees to repeat orders back 3 times and told them that accidents happen but if they repeated the order back 3 times and checked it before giving it to the customer most of these issues can be avoided. This is the best Burger King. I should know, I have lived in and traveled around the states. This BK is consistently professional and friendly and the quality of their meals have been consistently good. Their breakfast is my favorite, but I choose BK Bartlesville again and again because they are consistent quality and make you feel so valued and welcome.
