The hamburgers are pretty good if you are a fan of smash burgers, flavorful though and juicy. The fries are decent, fried in beef tallow. The shakes I will give a five star! Amazingly delicious! Service is not great, most of the times when I have gone, they keep their backs to you and will ignore you standing there. It is usually empty here, so plenty of seating. Bathrooms are clean. This place is handicap acceptable.

UPDATE: April 2026 and everything is just as phenomenal as before! More people need to dine in at this stellar location. New photos added. I try to only review places that I enjoyed, and this was a wonderful surprise in Batavia. Clean, cool and the music was perfect. While the kiosk ordering system is easy to use, I was still offered assistance in its use by the man behind the counter. The tables and booths and entire atmosphere are sleek yet retro. Went to Batavia, IL for family birthday dinner. The foyer area smelled like body odor and the floor was sticky. (The parking lot was empty, so that should have been a clue that we should have just left at that point.) We ordered a shake and a coffee and paid via the kiosk. After few minutes, we were informed they were out of coffee and would give us a refund. I have a receipt for the refund, but they still took out full payment. Waited 2 days to see if the refund would process before I called and talked to the manager. She stated she can't go back to see receipts from 2 days ago. SMH. Manager
