I've been a long time patron of Long John Silvers. I hadn't visited in a long time, so I wanted to try this location. It feels like they haven't kept up with the times in evolving their food menu. The fish and chicken tastes ok, but after a few bites it just felt bland. Not bad mind you, just middle of the road. Service was top notch. Super friendly and quick. Food was served hot and portions seemed fair for the price. Overall not a bad experience but little related to food quality that would prompt my return. It was very nice to be served by such a friendly and polite crew.

I needed to update my review. I stopped in to discuss a rough visit. The general manager was very quick to listen to my situation and offered very respectable solutions. The food was really good. The location was very clean. She didnt just listen, I could tell she cares about her customers. 5 stars all the way. I will return soon for the excellent service I usually get here. Way to go Sarah.

Do me a favor: try the fish wrapped in a tortilla with Cole slaw! Ask for the sauce 🫙 on the side so you can add more for each bite. So good.

I generally don’t post reviews on places, but this is the second time of visiting this establishment that the food and service was not very good. First off, I ordered a fish and a chicken with my meal which I got 2 fish instead. 1 piece of fish was a little doughy I could deal with that but the 2nd had batter oozing out of it. I had 2 sides with my meal which I only got 1. Asking for sauce was not a very easy task she kept saying she put some in the bag. There was only 2 and since we had 2 meals, 1 packet per meal is just not enough . Like I said I don’t normally give reviews but this is the 2
