Bagels and sandwiches are great, but service needs to be improved. I walked in around 12:50 not knowing that there was a 1pm closing time (I checked google first and saw a closing time of 3). I was made to feel like a huge nuisance to the people behind the counter with an attitude of they just wanna go home. I bought a bagel; no coffee because there was none left, but I wish I would’ve gone to dunkin donuts which had coffee, bagels and no attitude. I’ve been pretty loyal to this shop but I’ll have to think twice before I drive out there again.

Wow! As someone coming from Europe, this is what I’d truly call a deli. They offer an impressive variety of bagels, along with a fantastic selection of salads, cheeses, and cold meats to pair them with. I tried a bagel with egg salad, and it was absolutely delicious. The prices are surprisingly competitive for the New York area, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the service was noticeably slow, and it seems they have a reputation for being that way. If you’re not in a rush, this place is definitely worth a visit for its excellent food!

DONT GO HERE. I spent 17 dollars on a sandwich and a juice. I would’ve been ok with that if the service was good. I asked for a breaded chicken cutlet on a roll with mayo and lettuce and cucumbers. When I open my sandwich I see they gave me sliced chicken breast instead of breaded chicken. I show the Hispanic lady who took my order and she starts saying that she gave me what I ordered. I was like no you didn’t and she’s like yes I did. Then she just turns around and walks away from me mid conversation and starts complaining to some guy and he’s like just remake it, it’s ok! And she seemed sooo

Order breakfast here all the time. Went for lunch and place was pretty much empty, waited almost 30 mins just to get home to find out they didn’t put the turkey on the TURKEY sandwich that I ordered!!! Waste of time, gas, and money!!
