This was my first time going to IHOP. I ordered chicken and waffles for brunch with a side of fries. The waffles were a bit dry but the chicken and the ranch were good. The fries were flavorful and the waffles were soft and chicken crisp. The waitresses were kind and the wait for the food wasn't too long. The atmosphere felt comfortable.

This IHOP is very spacious since it's a fairly new location. They opened during the Pandemic and did serve take out during this time. I came here for the first time to dine in on a random January 2023 day. Brunch was the plan given we're the type that likes breakfast all day. Pancakes are very good here but the service was a little off. My server took my order and randomly brought a plate here and there but otherwise, we were served by many other staffers. I had the country fried steak, my group ordered all breakfast combos. Pretty good value but the best part is the pot of coffee and the flav

First time visiting this IHOP location in Bay Terrace. The very pretty lady waiting on us (Dianna?) was pleasant. Went on the Monday after mother's day so it was quiet. I'll be back if I'm in the area.
