I come to Kunst Coffee Haus every single Sunday because the coffee and the space are genuinely very good. However, the customer service during my last visit was incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable. The staff was overly rigid and aggressive about store rules, including pushing me to buy a drink before my friends arrived just to use the restroom. Later, when looking at items near the register, I was treated with an unnecessary amount of suspicion and harshness. The place has a good atmosphere but we didn't have a good experience. The avocado toast was really bad, fridge cold hardboiled egg 2 cherry tomatoes and a very generic toast. The Dutch Baby with sausage was good but really heavy. What I was the most disappointed with was with the coffee, the place it's a coffee hous but the latte was scorching hot and the iced coffee was not good either. The service was okay but it was a little bit uncomfortable how you need to be exactly the amount of people than chairs to be able to sit. Not recommended.
