I missed so much the Astoria Neptune location and went to visit Neptune Bayside to get some pancakes I was craving for days. This place never gets old, portions are always great and all staff is super friendly! Please go support them, let us keep places like Neptune in Queens in business for ever. They have a valet parking lot and a side patio. We are definitely returning!

This place used to be the Jackson hole. As Neptune diner it does feel a little different but it’s a great diner with good food and a nice part of town. I do recommend this place. I tried a few things on the menu and I haven’t been disappointed yet.

I love Neptune Diner and am a regular here. Today I had by far the worst experience because of one male waiter. For context, I am Asian and came in with my mother of 70 years. We were sat down and patiently waited about 10 minutes for someone to take our order. My mother went to the bathroom and came back at the same time as the waiter approached us. He immediately scolded my mother telling her to calm down and sit. I told him to not talk to my mother like that and asked what she even did. He claimed she was looking for him to make an order.
