I’ve ordered from Patsy’s before and really enjoyed the food, which makes this experience even more disappointing. This time I ordered Penne alla Vodka through Uber Eats, and when it arrived, it had virtually no sauce, no flavor, and was incredibly bland. It honestly tasted like plain pasta. For a dish that should be rich and well-seasoned, this was a huge letdown—especially considering we spent over $30 on it. What made it worse was the response when I called the restaurant. I visited Patsy’s Pizzeria with my family, and from start to finish the experience was incredible. The service was warm, fast, and genuinely friendly—everyone made us feel right at home. The food? Outstanding! Every dish was bursting with flavor and made with obvious care. And the dessert… WOW. 100 out of 100! Hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. I was there Sunday for my birthday dinner with my family . The Rainbow cookie cake was magnificent. The raspberrry sauce reminded me of when i was in Paris. The hot antipasto was spectacular. We had a fantastic dining experience at Patsy's of Queens! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish we tried was a hit. The Fried Calamari was crispy and perfectly seasoned, the Traditional Pizza had a wonderfully balanced flavor, and both the Fettuccine Alfredo and Baked Ziti were rich, creamy, and comforting.
