This is the second time in a row that I’ve had a problem here. The employees, including the manager have such bad attitudes. I placed my order for pickup and they tried to make it as if I never placed an order, “or placed it to pickup inside”, because they didn’t want to give it to me in the drive thru, and kept repeatedly asking me if I was at the right store. Obviously I know what store I placed my order at when I’m sitting here looking at it on my phone. The manager yelled, “No! I spent $45 WORTH OF FOOD last night on uber eats because I couldn’t drive. when my food finally arrived, I literally only had three items in my bag. It was my order, all of the sauces were in there, and the drinks were correct. but I didn’t get OVER half of my stuff. I could list down all the things that I didn’t receive. when I went to raise an issue on Uber eats, they only gave me a $10 refund when it was way over $10 that I was missing. You could replace the entire crew with people with Down’s syndrome and the food quality and service would improve tenfold. Literally every time I’ve used this location something is wrong, typically over half the order will be incorrect. Please hire someone that will actually care.
