I ordered a medium black coffee with 20 sugars, i got luke warm not even a a taste of sugar, utterly disappointed. What kind of business do they run here and I guess joke about how much sugar I request, I am the customer paying not a bum off the street. Sorry for such a harsh review but life just got one week in my shoes is pretty harsh. I am a homeless veteran just trying to make it out here in Beaumont.
