We went for the new improved spicy chicken sandwich. Why does all the fast food lettuce have the same smell? Anyway, always try to check out the newest fried chicken sandwich in the area and unfortunately this one was just average. A little spice in the background, not much to get excited about. A little lettuce, one sad slice of tomato, and some mayo on one side only. After a couple bites, took it home and added a packet of McDonald's hot mustard sauce to it to give it a little life. Apparently they don't do fries or frostys before 10:30. I'm not sure about burgers was too afraid of being dissapointed and getting the same answer. I put service as average because I'm not sure if it’s a chain call, local, or the person working. Not like my business matters to Wendy's, I rarely go but I figured I had 30 minutes to kill and I haven't had soft icecream in a while. Would have gone to DQ but Wendy's where I live got me through some hard years when I was working 10-12 hour shifts (to be clear that Wendy's is on the otherside of town and was not this one).

They will upcharge you for every little thing but you will only get half your order and you'll have to drive all the way back before they'll give you a refund. I literally only go to Wendy's for the spicy nuggets. What do I not have? Spicy nuggets. I am not driving all the way back there today, it is late, it is raining, and there are stupid people on the road and I should not have to further inconvenience myself to make up for somebody else's mistake, but you best bet I will be back for my refund tomorrow because this is some bullshit. There was a long drive through line so I decided to go in and order. I'm not sure if it was me that ordered wrong or the CSR at the counter who was very sweet that rang it in wrong. My 2 $9 meal got rung in as $7 meals. So then I had to pay an extra $6.23 so that I went home with the right amount of food. Only to get home and find out that the junior cheeseburgers were hamburgers. Double check your orders people double check your orders before you leave, and I do mean open the wrappers. This is the second time I have been to this restaurant and come home with the wrong food.
