Food used to be good when I was a kid longtime ago. Guess the recipes and owners changed. Fries taste like they're from a tin can. Burgers taste like they're microwaved or from BK. Chicken strips are ok. The soft drinks and the toast are the saving grace. Drinks are ice cold, never flat. Toast is warm and textured. Restaurant is always clean. Employees are always friendly. An employee even the door for me when it was pouring super hard one day. Way to go above and beyond. Price is what you expect for ten dollars and some change.

VICTOR he greeted us with a smile and was very attentive and eager to help us. He also repeated back our order to us. The service to the table was excellent as well. The food and temperature was 100 percent and your fountain drink at this location had the right carbonation and soda base. 100 percent on taste as well. I hope management has a muster where VICTOR is given recognition not only by management but also in front of his peers. That will create a cohesive TEAM!! Keep up the great work. I own my own business and people like VICTOR are the backbone to our brand.

I had an amazing experience at Whataburger thanks to Abdul! From the moment I walked up to the register, he was super friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure my order was perfect and even went the extra mile to check everything before handing it to me. You can tell he really cares about his job and the customers. It’s rare to see service this good these days. Abdul definitely made my visit better, and he deserves recognition for it. 5 stars all the way!
