Food is very good. The seating area is small and the whole place gets very busy on Friday evenings. I ordered online and the kitchen was running about 30 minutes behind when it said my order would be ready. That said, the location is prime and it is a healthier option - and the food tasted fresh.

Absolutely the best thing I’ve eaten in Bel Air, MD in months! Fresh ingredients, balanced, bright and bold flavors that combine to speak to the heritage of the ethnic region from which these dishes were born. Fantastic and knowledgeable staff. You would think when you tell the person helping you that this is your first time there, they would be willing to help...not here! Pushed through line where you couldn't hear the person making your food because the music was SO LOUD you couldn't hear the person asking you questions! Was looking forward to trying CAVA and now, I will never eat at another one...you'd be better off going to Chipotle because they at least have options!

First time going the staff was nice and explained to me the menu ended up getting white rice with spinach and hot honey chicken it was very good. I ended up trying the pita chips and they made them fresh out of the oven for me a little bit salty but I just knocked the salt off of them price for me with a drink was about $20. Huge vegetarian options as well.
