I placed a catering order for a family event and one item was inadvertently left off - we all make mistakes. I called to alert them of the issue, not to complain, but they immediately credited me the amount of the item plus an additional inconvenience fee. Impressive customer service. Not to mention the food was outstanding and it was piping hot even though it traveled thirty+ minutes to get to my house.

I go here all the time and really enjoy the delicious Brisket Sandwich and the Blueberry Cobler is amazing. Employees are always friendly and happy to serve you. The prices are a little high but well worth the money. If you have never tried Mission BBQ I would highly reccomend it!

Mission BBQ in Bel Air has great customer service, and their food is delicious. We were greeted by Dan, the manager, who was so nice. After we placed our order, we sat in a booth, enjoying our meal, and observing plenty of local pictures and memorabilia. Dan came over to offer us samples and gave us free cards for free sandwich. Carlene was very nice, too. Thank you for great service and giving back to veteran community.

For a recent catered event, I was quite disappointed with the portions delivered considering my order was nearly $600.00. Six pounds of brisket for 30 people... that's absolutely ridiculous! This is price-gouging on a level I've never seen. I also asked for lean brisket but that request was lost! Smashed potatoes... I've never had them before and wouldn't care if I never did again! The chicken... just blah! You guys do brisket real well but good luck getting an ample portion with a $600 order...
