A nice space with a decent amount of seating. The staff were kind and helpful too. The flat white had a nice strong flavor and was well made. The dirty chai was more on the sweet side and had great espresso. Nothing outstanding about it, but a good standard. The acai bowl had a lot of toppings and a good flavor. The PNW, salmon toast, was a little plain and could have used more toppings. The salmon was good quality, however, and the bread was superb. Recently found this cafe in Bellevue, has great ratings and seems to be a local favorite. I had high expectations so may be that’s why I was a little disappointed. We ordered Rosemary burnt honey latte - while the taste was nice, the coffee was lukewarm despite asking for extra hot so by the time I was finishing my meal, it was cold Pink avocado toast - the taste was nice and they also serve two slices instead of one in most cafes which is nice but the bread was too thick. I really love this place and have been coming here for over a year now. The food and matcha are always amazing, but lately the wait times have gotten much longer, and honestly it’s made me come less often. Today I waited around 40 minutes for my order, and it wasn’t even busy hours or a weekend — just a regular weekday. I remember coming at the same time before and getting everything pretty quickly. Now I can’t even imagine how long the wait must be on weekends 😅 Really hope maybe adding more staff/support could help, because this place truly deserves all the love it gets ❤️
