Uncle Bud's in Bellflower is a classic diner that hits the spot for a hearty breakfast. The corned beef hash is a standout – savory, with a good mix of meat and potatoes, and a satisfyingly crispy edge. The country potatoes are well-seasoned and cooked just right, not too mushy and not too hard. And the eggs were cooked perfectly. Overall, it's a solid, no-frills breakfast that leaves you feeling full and happy. I will be coming back!

The level of disappointment is beyond this review, after ordering the recommended biscuits and gravy. Not th S.O.S. I grew up on. Giving this review was a after thought and wish I would have taken a photo of the trash they served me, they also forgot my patty which is supposed to be included. They may have good breakfast but this meal wasn't it.

We love this place. Inside looks like a time warp into a small town diner. But it’s in Bellflower. Food is great and strangers are friendly. Great portions and their potatoes are delicious. Thinly slices of potatoes cooked perfectly. Cash only though. I would’ve bought more food but only had $45 cash with me.
