What a joke. I got the wrong size and asked for cold foam. I got a drop of it. It looked like 3 year old expired whipped cream on top. My other order got zero cold foam. I brought my drink back in because of how disgusting it was. The worker grabbed it from me said nothing. I said I don’t want another drink and then a few of them talked shit to me when I walked out the door. Extremely rude employees and can’t get orders right. Really how hard is it to follow directions and make a drink?

Uncleanly. And extremely rude workers.loud, childish, obnoxious, and bad language at work. It sounds like the cafeteria in highschool in there. Unprofessional , and none of them other than the manager know how to make a coffee of any kind. I hate giving bad ratings, but I felt sick after I drank my coffee and everything is very dusty and has large buildups on all machines. This photo is simply the coffee bean machine. The others are worse. Try to avoid this one.

I ordered thru the app and my husband picked up. I ordered half a dozen donuts. I had two chocolate chocolate cake donuts and they were as dry as can be!!! I swear they were day old or older!! Then I had ordered 4 Boston cream filled. Two had chocolate and sprinkles and two had thin frosting and well to say the least, where’s the Boston cream? First and last time I’ll be there again. I should have read the reviews prior, it would have saved me writing this review!!! 🤮
