I've searched the world high and low for the crispiest fried fish, and I think I struck gold here. The Friday fish fry was everything I'd hoped it'd be--crispy, golden, flaky, and savory. It came with choice of soup or salad, coleslaw, and a side, which was more than enough for 1 person. My husband got the Blackened seafood trio and we split the bang bang shrimp, which deserves a review of its own--it's the best, largest shrimp I've ever had. I could live off of it forever. Jadriauna was very transparent letting us know she was in training. Let me say, she was excellent!! She will excel as a server. We met Joel, the owner and he was top notch! He was very personable. My husband and I had a wonderful time Saturday night! This was my first time ever coming to Liberty House and I have to say I will 10000% be back! Not only was the atmosphere so warm, welcoming, but the overall vibe was very lowkey, which is nice for a parents night out away from the kids or double dates!
