Honestly i order here all the time, and I usually don’t complain because honestly it’s one of my favorite places locally in town. But tonight I spent 60$ (including tip) delivery was fast! But calzones were thin, overcooked and came with the wrong sauce. And I even ordered extra sauce and that was wrong as well. Starting to lose hope in our local food businesses. It’s unfortunate the the chain food company’s are starting to give us the same quality as our locally owned restaurants. I’m waiting for a callback for the owner to handle a refund. I called on 6/14 as directed by the manager, I was told he would call back by 6/15. I called back today on 6/15 and was told he was a very busy man. The manager is awful to deal with. We ordered online on 6/13 and arrived by 11:30pm to pick up. We didn’t receive multiple items that we ordered after waiting an additional 15 minutes. They said they would remake it. At midnight the remake came out, it was wrong. My family used to order from them continuously for years, and never had any issues with their food or customer service WITH THE EXEPTION OF ASKING FOR A REFUND ...because then it becomes a huge ordeal with everything asked of you except DNA if you want them to replace something that was made wrong/cooked wrong. Having a great night w my older sister and my daughter and my sister had ordered from palermos tonight. She called back when the price seemed WAY too much. $60?! for a large pizza chicken and fries chicken wings and pepsis. Yea no. The excuse is the menu isn't updated amd has t been for some time and to order online you have to go to another website. So wonder how many people they have ripped off doing this? Definitely won't order again. Not in the business of supporting a business owner who scams people to pay higher prices. Update the website!
