You can tell they focus on quality ingredients, and everything we had tasted great. It’s a fast-casual setup, which keeps things moving without feeling rushed. Definitely a good stop when you’re in Bend.

If you aren't in the know, you walk in and queue up to order like a mash-up of a deli + fast casual + neighborhood cafe. One would think the business model is to make things go more quickly. They have an amazing chai latte, and I also frequently enjoy their turmeric latte. I highly recommend the steak sandwich with gluten-free bread and either pasta salad or there tomato soup it’s fantastic.

That's not a bad thing though, the line moves fast enough for you to browse the menu, which has plenty of BRUNCH options, lattes (brown sugar iced tea latte is a MUST), wine, ect.. even at its busiest you can count on finding a table.
