Normally I have no issues here. I moved to the area a year ago and order here usually multiple times a month. Either over the phone or the slice app, I’ve been using the app more than calling. Today I ordered through slice just like I did yesterday. Delivery takes usually an hour, which is fine but after two hours I called. I was told I would receive a call back from a manager. Another 30 minutes goes by and I call again this time I speak to someone else. He told me the prints weren’t coming out and that is why. He said the food could come in 30 minutes. I said just refund if possible. He said

Going to be honest. I've had a lot of pizza from all kinds of places in my life. Their pizza here isn't that great. Their chicken fingers and fries aren't bad though, and I think the price is reasonable
