I ordered my family dinner through the Burger King app. When the food arrived, the bag seemed rather small for all the items ordered. I contacted the store directly and the male that answered the phone initially couldn't find my order. Said he was a new manager. After noticing we were missing a chicken sandwich, (2) onion rings and a chicken nugget his solution was I could drive up there to pick up missing items. I advised him that I paid a service fee, a delivery fee and a driver tip and would like it brought to us aa reasonably possible. He said that coming up there for anything I was shorte

Sat in line for over 20 mins. They first gave me the wrong order. Then went to get my order made. Got home to find out they gave a stale piece of chicken meat. The whooper buns were all stale. When I called the restaurant, he did not care to help resolve the issue. The worst service and food! Spent $50 on some food we could t eat.

The person who took my order and the person who handed me my order were courteous and full of joy. When I got home with my chicken biscuit the chicken was overcooked and so dried out. It looked like it had been sitting for a week and refried several times to maintain some heat. Extremely unacceptable! When I called the customer service line. It connected to what sounded like a fax. No one ever picked up.

Drive through order: Get to sit in line for at least 20 minutes Ask for refund to get told “we waited too long for our order to get a refund” Then got told you can come back tomorrow morning to get the refund processed?? Mind you the order was 2 double cheeseburgers meals. Simple. And I had to tell 3 separate workers my order for nobody to know where it was or what happened.
