I ordered 2 happy meals for my kids through the app, told them my code and then when we pulled up to the window they said it wasn't paid for but the money for the order was all ready taking out of my bank account. I spoke to the assistant manager and the store manager (both who did not give me their names) and because my account said pending which my bank always says pending I have a McDonald's order from the 18th that still says pending on my bank account. We were just in and out for this location. We just wanted a burger and some fries and it didn't take too long considering how many people were there. Here are things that are important to me that I look for at a McDonalds: - Cleanliness of the restrooms - 5 star for this location - Cleanliness of the store floor - 5 star for this location - Good customer Service - 5 star for this location - Working Tap at the register/drive-thru - 5 star for this location It was a quick stop but I observed the above 4 things 👍👍

Today, December 21st, at approximately 2:30 or 3:00 pm, I had a very bad experience trying to place an order at the drive-thru of that McDonald's. The person taking my order over the speaker was arrogant and had a very rude tone. When I got to the window, it turned out to be the manager of the place, and when I tried to talk to her, she wouldn't listen to me. I simply didn't want to waste my time with immature girls who get promoted for who knows what reason, because she is absolutely not qualified to be a manager giving to people a terrible customer service.

Ordered two sausage McMuffins at 1.49 each off their menu. When they enter in two it changes the price to 2.00 each. When we asked them about the over charges they were not very knowledgeable knowledgeable at all. They got a manager and she went into the computer and all she could tell us is when you order two you get the two for 4.00. We actually had only ordered one in the first place along with the rest of our order. It was a dollar overcharge so we didn't want to press the issue but what upsets us the most is not knowledgeable enough to correct it or make it right with us. Just state
