You make the greatest cheeseburgers around , I always get the double and the presentation was incredible. It wasn't sloppy, it wasn't greasy and it wasn't beat up. It was beautiful and it showed that the chef cares. Employees were friendly and excellent at serving. There's not a cheeseburger around that comes close to Buona beef cheeseburgers. I hope the employees are compensated because they do an excellent job.

Decent food, quick service. You order and food is brought to you at table. Had a burger and hot dog. Food tasted fresh. Asked for onions on my hotdog, I got a lot of onions but it was over cooked so didn't taste as well. If you need a quick bite then this place isn't bad.

On one extraordinary evening, I sporadically decided to stop by Buona in order to enjoy one of their famous Beef sandwiches. After unintentionally building anticipation, I finally took a massive bite out of my beef and was suddenly overcome by an emotional response. I experienced that bizarre colliding of conflicting emotions, where crying meets laughter and they embrace each other. Burger was hot and fresh but was a slight let down compared to nearby Culver's and Portillos. As if there is a soy additive in the meat. The fries seem to be dredged in a flour coating, letting me down as well! Something I'm just not used to at my preferred Burger establishments.
