First time at Maman and really enjoyed it! We came on a Friday at lunch time and everything was delicious. I had the Greek salad sandwich and cherry cheesecake croissant. Had a great experience at Maman in Bethesda. I ordered Estee’s Bacon, Egg & Cheese and paired it with one of their salads, I honestly forgot the name, but both were excellent. The sandwich was simple but executed perfectly. The bacon was crisp, the egg cooked just right, and the bread had that fresh, slightly buttery texture that makes you slow down and actually enjoy your bite instead of inhaling it. It felt intentional, not rushed. The salad was fresh, well-balanced, and flavorful without being heavy. You can taste quality ingredients when they don’t need to hide behind excessive dressing.
