Great place! We will definitely be back. The Classic Eggs Benedict was delightful. I added a side of turkey bacon. The eggs were cooked perfectly and there were no complaints. The bacon was nice and crispy. The hollandaise sauce was a great consistency and not too runny. The pancakes were fluffy and not dry. The atmosphere is pleasant & the place is deceivingly huge! There’s outdoor seating & in a great location for historic Bethlehem. Total, the meal pictured was $46 before tip.

This was by far one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Came here for a little brunch and our beautiful waitress Ana was absolutely amazing. I’ve never had a waitress communicate and tend to us the way that she did. Mimosas were good if you’re a mimosa person. They have a guava drink that is absolutely exceptional on their seasonal menu. We sat outside because it was a lovely day! They had plenty of seating however they do get busy so I would definitely recommend a reservation. They were kind enough to still see us despite being late for hours so thank you again for that we really do app

I had the classic Benedict’s that comes with home fries, it was simple but very enjoyable. The potatoes were very good, well seasoned. They have freshly squeezed juice which is so good!! My food came out quick and my waitress was very nice. She checked in on me but didn’t hover which I really appreciate she was super sweet. I also got a single pancake when I was done it was really good, it was slightly fluffy and had a great taste. I would absolutely come back here and try more. The menu has great options and it’s enough that it’s not overwhelming.

Surprisingly large breakfast and lunch menu for this small Main Street tourist magnet. It’s next door to the very nice Hotel Bethlehem with much better prices and large portions. We liked our breakfast burrito and Huevos Rancheros. Good option for kids and vegans with a few items for them, plus a big cocktail list!, to satisfy everyone. Nice staff but very rushed as this place gets so crowded around tour departure and arrival times (Visitors Center is 59 feet away!) Allow plenty of time to enjoy their home cooked meals. Deducting a star from atmosphere because it is incredibly loud….
