Wasn’t that busy when I was there a lot of employees standing around. Order food for the family we got two burgers one no mayo ended up putting mayo on them both then the person taking are order couldn’t get my son sandwich right I should of paid better attention but he kept deleting it and adding it back on well took it off and I never realized. Got all the way home had to bring the one burger back that had mayo and reorder the burger that kept getting deleted. Was frustrating so much for eating dinner with my family. Wasn’t even a manager in sight either just a bunch of kids standing around.

We are big Culver’s people. We have been to this location dozens of times because we live close by ad want to give it another try. It’s always a let down with food, messed up orders, and most importantly terrible service. Who ever owns this location should take some pride in owning a business and hire someone else to run it. Also hire workers and actually train them to have some customer service at the bare minimum. Customer service and knowing what you are doing as a worker is most important. It’s not the workers fault if they are not trained right.
