I went to Kame this week for dinner with my daughter, and we had a truly delicious meal. We ordered a variety of dishes, including sushi, noodles, and takoyaki, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The wait staff was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere is lovely—relaxed, welcoming, and perfect for both family dinners and date nights. Kame is also my go-to spot for sushi when I come with my girlfriend. She has a gluten allergy, and the staff has always done a superb job ensuring food allergy safety. I had been hearing great things about this wonderful family owned sushi 🍣 🍱 restaurant in Beverly. Extremely warm and friendly and very well staffed with four sushi chefs. All of the sushi was fresh and delicious. We loved the sashimi and hand rolls! The tuna maki was delish! Street parking is available and there is a big lot a block away on Story Street. Not cheap, but you are paying for quality.

I had lunch with a friend I had not seen in a while and appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the casual pace. The Tampa maki roll was delicious as was the spicy edamame and shrimp dumplings. The wine was very good, reasonably priced and a generous pour. Overall a wonderful experience.

Kame is in downtown Beverly near Daniella's and Soma. Their food and service are very good, just not sure they are designed for dining in. Take out is excellent though and they could offer a better in house experience, as they do have the space...
