Absolutely horrible. I called placed a delivery order. Confirmed the address and order with the person who took my call. I called and added on two more items and confirmed address and order again. I paid over the phone $60+ I have a 4 year old and 2 year old that had been waiting for over a hour for their dinner. I had to call ask for a eta on where our dinner is. I get told oh that's down for a pick up. I sit on the phone arguing with three different employees I ask for the manager one lies and tells me they are the manager. I'm told oh you can wait another 45 minutes for your food or cancel

The food is pretty good. I am not one to review negatively but I ordered a chicken kabob sub and wanted everything on it as selected online plus mayo and ketchup (im pregnant dont judge my cravings lol) anywho, I got a sub the bread was burnt the chicken was as well super dry and they only pit mayo and ketchup on my sub. So I called was on hold for a while just for them to offer me a 5$ credit. I was also told when placing an order online I am supposed to call in the order so they can get it right. I thought they would replace the sub even if they took the wrong one back but nope I had to stic

Mike's pizzeria has the hands down best food ever it don't matter what you get I'm talking from subs to pizza to salad I don't order from anywhere else in Beverly except for Mike's you will never be disappointed eating at Mike's. I've had stuff delivered I've ate in the restaurant I've had take out no matter which one I've used it has never disappointed me and my family and the food is a good amount for your dollar it's well worth it and again hands down the best food ever.

The food is only just slightly above average here, but it's cheaper than the closest alternatives... The service, when they are not being surly and rude, is typically on the below average range. My husband loves their choco calzones, but that is probably it's one an only real saving grace. The truth is, i we lived closer walking distance to downtown, we would probably never bother with Mike's. The food is just not worth the consistent bad to below average staff and their service.
