I have been here repeatedly, and I have yet to ever receive hot food. It’s always disappointing when you go through the drive-through, as that comes with the territory. Most recently, I have walked into the building three separate times to order and I’m happy to wait for my food as one would think it would be hot. On my last visit, I did go to the counter and ask for the food to be replaced. The young lady did replace everything with a sincere apology. I failed to understand why expecting fresh food is considered a special order. I have yet to see the dining room with any of the tables having

I only like the steak fingers and coleslaw here, this meal is always great didnt like chicken very much and the girls at the register are hit and miss with friendliness they could definitely do better in that department

My first time here at Gills and I enjoyed it very much, and the chicken was very fresh and hot and juicy, but I couldn't eat it all. So I took the rest of my meal home. Love the corn 🌽 OMG yummy 😋🤤. Thank you guys 🙂. This is a great place to eat fresh hot and juicy fried chicken 🍗.
