The manager Kasey at this particular chain, is one of the rudest, most inconsiderate persons I've ever met. I went to this location on 11/17/2025 during my lunch break. There was a line out of the door, however I was told that those people were all there for mobile orders. There was only 2 people in the line for store carry out orders, I was the 3rd. I watched each person in front of me place their order as well as receive their food. I placed my order food: an 8 piece chicken nugget, a side of chicken noodle soup, and a lemonade drink. I waited in the store for over 25 mins before going back

I order a chocolate shake through curbside pickup. I sat for 8 minutes and nobody came out with my order. In the meantime I’m in my car watching through the window employees standing around chatting while no customers were being waited on. I go inside and my shake is sitting there melting and a guy asked oh you’re Terry? I said yes and it’s melted but thank you. I get to my car and started drinking it and it’s actually an Oreo shake not chocolate. This is the 3rd issue I’ve had with this location…not the service I’m used to from Chic fi la..

Chick-fil-A always sets the standard when it comes to great food and even better customer service. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect when you go there. It’s hard to beat a place that stays this consistent. Definitely one of the best places to grab a meal

Got our order wrong we ordered two 12 Count nuggets and a kids meal we got the kids meal but received only one of the 12 counts and it only had nine nuggets in it so my dad had to walk all the way back and get it the only reason why this place gets 2 stars is because the young man who rang us up was nice and when my dad went back he was given a free breakfast card
