Does not even deserve one star. I ordered a latte and it tasted like bland water and milk. I asked if they could make it stronger. When i got a new one I drove away and noticed down the road that they did nothing more than poured out the coffee. I regret that i even gave them a tip for that garbage coffee. I will not return!

This location definitely needs a thorough customer service training. The customer service here is horrible. I came through the drive through 7/14/2025 at 1:26pm, stated my order and wasn't even asked for my name. When I pulled up to the pick up window, i was handed my cup of coffee without a name or customized message written. It definetly lacked the personal touch of the Starbuck's experience. I asked the drive thru Barista were they not writing on cups anymore? She nonchalantly said yes, but said they must have forgot. This Starbucks according to the building management has contracted them to put on a boot on your car if youbwaok away from Starbucks and use other business in 1200 Bisquane building. My daughter got her refresher and breakfast item, after finishing went to piltaes in same building, return was an expensive surprise. This is how the building makes money on the customers using Starbucks or nail bar, that we used day before. Going down couple blocks to use a busines with more straight forward parking.
