Stopped for a late dinner and was greeted when walked in and placed my order through the self order machine. Got my drinks quickly and food shortly after. Fresh food with quick service and great customer service from all employees! Got a bag to take some extra food home and place was clean with no issues! Keep up the great work Hardee's

I went to the bismarck nd location. I got the chicken filet and it was absolutely horrible. The chicken was so dry it was hard to chew and the pickles on the sandwich were wilted.however, My cashier was sue and she was very friendly

Not a good experience. Ordered a big roast beef. It was mediocre. Curly fries were ok. Service was poor. I asked for ranch and the guy looked right at me and walked away. When we got our food there was no ranch. I went up to ask for some and after the thousand yard stare he said .25 cents. The lady behind him. Probably a shift manager said not to charge me. That was nice of her but that was the only part of the service that was good. I really wanted horseradish but didn’t want to go through that again so I ate it with ketchup. It was extremely overpriced. 13 bucks for just my roast beef.

I know everything is expensive nowadays, but oh my Jesus it’s expensive here Ordered a sausage croissant sandwich and it was as Smaller than a frozen Jimmy Dean’s one Also, I paid $2.49 for this apple juice I guess the main disappointment is you see the advertising and the signs on the window and it makes it look like the food is really good then they serve it to you and it’s completely different I guess I’m just extremely disappointed figured it would’ve been a lot better
