This has to be the best BBQ in Bismarck and one of the best I have had. I did go for something non-traditional and ordered the steak tacos. My daughter and her boyfriend both ordered the pork belly burger(precious experience). Both were amazing. I had one bite of hers and it the beef was very good and the combination of flavors for her sandwich was great. The tacos had a great balance of flavors. Last night we tried for the 2nd time to dine in your establishment were pushed out by your waitress. A few minutes after we seated our selves a waitress yelled from the kitchen area that you were short on staff and it would be about a 30 minute wait. We decided it was worth the wait. Had heard good things but was far from it…Sandwich was incredibly greasy (Darrels cheesesteak)-basically hamburger meat with cheese sauce, bun was completely soaked in grease. Smash burger, came with a whopping 11 tater tots. They had no Brisket. Mac and cheese was a bowl of mush. But the biggest flaw was service- there weren’t many other tables, looked like most were done eating. Our server was slow to take order, then came back and said the order was lost, so we reordered our food and it was brought (much later) by another person then nothing.
