This place is trash. Ownership should be embarrassed. Employees are worthless. My daughter‘s chicken quesadilla had maybe two pieces of chicken and a little sprinkle of cheese sloppily throwing together. I was already down the road on Central heading north. I called to tell them and she said well, we can make a new one bring it back my response to her was just make it right the first time I mean for heaven sake, your job isn’t hard you put meat and cheese on a tortilla. It’s not hard make it right the first time and then she just hung up on me once again. I have been to other taco John’s that

We have gone there a few times now, but this last time was the worst. We ordered a pack of softshell tacos, two of them with sour cream. The tacos hardly had anything in them, we couldn’t believe it! It was just a soft shell basically and the sour cream was one spoonful at the end of the taco. We were so disappointed and had to go somewhere else to get more food. Save your money go elsewhere.

I waited for probably 10 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me standing at the counter ready to order. There was another person waiting as well, so that was a disappointment. You can see into the kitchen, so workers made eye contact with me and continued serving customers in the drive thru but nobody even said "we'll be with you in a moment" or offered a greeting of any kind. The floor was super sticky everywhere, tables were semi-clean. This location is convenient for me but clearly not for times when I'm in a hurry like I was on this day. Order cheese sauce on the side. when I receive the bag. The cheese cup tipped upside down completely without a lid. The last photo I have attached, show us how many paper towels I had to go through just to touch each taco which was filled with a cheese slime. This would be the third review. I’ve complained about it all in my life, but it was a severe inconvenience and I did try to just share it with the merchant. Somehow DoorDash didn’t wanna do that so here we are on Google my apologies.
