Just had an awesome visit to Buffalo Wild Wings and I have to brag on it for a second 👏 I ordered the bone-in wings with the honey garlic sauce and WOW — absolutely delicious. That sauce was everything… sweet, savory, and full of flavor. My fiancé got the beer cheese cheesesteak and it was so good, super cheesy and loaded just right. My daughter had the chicken dippers with fries and she ate every bit — no complaints from anyone at the table! The service was friendly, fast, and on point. Kiki is amazing! I got stranded in the area due to car issues and see if I could charge my phone to make a call. Not only did they charge my phone for me, but the gave me something to drink while I waited. I then decided to get food and not only was the food a great deal but it was served quickly. Couldn't have had a better experience. Kiki and the rest of the staff turned my stressful time into a good time. Forever grateful.

I have been dinning @ this particular location behind the Southern Park Mall in Youngstown, OH and I have never had a true complaint until yesterday. I love BW's but I did NOT love the very rude GM who did not greet me when I came in the establishment nor provides any effective leadership or training to her employees, (The emp did NOT double check the order against a receipt and missed an item), and who lastly doesn't value the customer's biz at all. I was down right offended when I asked to speak with the Mgr only to find out she was the mgr.....completely stunned but it all makes sense the p
