We love this Dairy Queen in Boardman. The staff is always friendly and attentive. We always get hot food and delicious ice cream. If you haven't tried the 7 dollar meal deals you should because you can't beat the price anywhere. We are always full when we leave. Two people eat full meals for 14 dollars in lufing your drink and a sundae... Where can you top that?

Ordered an ombre cake from this store specifically because they had what I wanted online. Someone else picked the cake up for me, and when I saw it, it was a plain white cake. I called and asked if they could fix it and they said yes, it will be ready the next day. I went in with my cake to exchange it only for them to tell me that their air brusher is broken and they cannot add the color I wanted. They hand me back the same cake and offered a 3$ refund. I had to drive home with a now melting cake that isn't even what I wanted. Staff was nice, but its crazy that they wouldn't tell me that the

Was one of the few places open on 1/25/26 I forgot to get the young man's name but he was taking the counter orders as well as drive thru and helping make the food. BIG SHOUTOUT TO HIM! Maintained his cool was still very courteous and friendly and served hot food in a timely fashion. If he's not a manager he should be!
