Wow so glad this gem got bought by the casimir team, bc the owner took a DOA restraunt and brought it back to life, I am.blown away 1st that the place no longer look like a brothel in Amsterdam but now like your in the foot hills of Paris, what a job she did making it so comfortable and welcoming, 2nd the mastermind behind casimir took squella and its 90% frozen systolic food and made a new menu where everything is made from Scratch from her 80 quart mixer and her brilliant new Chef from Miami she was able to steal away and supple squella with the most amazing pastries and fresh food, and 3rd

I was a regular at Saquella before the pandemic. Wonderful spot. Great food, delicious desserts, even gluten free items. Reopened after pandemic but just couldn't make it. Since it's recent re-opening, I didn't hear any buzz but decided to try it Thursday. Cappuccino wad delicious. But my salad was brown and the seared tuna was spoiled!!! I pushed all the fish to one side and when the waitress came to remove my plate she said absolutely nothing about my untouched meal! Clueless or just did not care. It was my bad for not saying something.

New owner, new French chef, new menu! I’ve been coming here for years and can safely say that they’ve finally got it right. My husband and I got 2 different omelets and our kids shared the pancakes with fruit. Everything was so delicious! Both potato sides (home fries and roasted potatoes) were so surprisingly flavorful and cooked to perfection. I’m excited to finally have a well executed brunch in the neighborhood and will definitely be back soon.

Not what I had expected. I really wish people would stop calling their establishments cafes and bistros when they have no clue as to what the ambience should be at a cafe or a bistro. The service was excellent. Our server was kind, helpful, and very positive and attentive. The music was too loud and too disturbing for 9:00 breakfast. They had piped in old school disco music with a high intensity beat at a volume that was too loud for this early in the morning. Wrong choice of music, and entirely too loud to enjoy.
