Placed an order and received something we didn't order. Actually, I didn't even see it on menu. Ordered a double cheeseburger and received one but it had some bacon paste in it. Problem is we try to avoid bacon, and main one is it is not what we ordered. So minus 1 star. I briefly looked at order and thought it was fine, so went home about 20 minutes away. I called and asked if that is normal and they said no they probably swapped the order and asked if we wanted a credit. Terrible experience and horrible service. Sat down waiting to be greeted for over 5 minutes, server Brandie finally arrived at the table to explain to us that she got double sat (completely understandable, I've been there) but gives us a long winded explanation basically saying she's going to serve the other table then come back and start with us meaning after waiting over 5 minutes, she comes and talks to us for 2 minutes without even taking our drink order??? We wait another 10ish minutes for her to finish all the tasks associated with her other tables then she finally returns to take both o
