Visited this location in May 2026. Food was pleasant, as the spinach and ricotta dish was a good grab. Service team was kind to deal with. The gentleman we worked with did confuse the 2 coffee drinks we had. Bathrooms needed to be stocked and cleaned (we informed the service team of this and they did begin to check when we headed out). Nice location and seems like a reasonable spot to sip and sit for a while.

Spacious and cozy place in convenient central location. Not too busy around 13:00, but only one staff member handling everything, meaning while orders are being prepared, nobody attends enquiries or new orders. Plenty of seating, and some power sockets for the usual mobile workers. Elegant lighting.

Tried the tiramisu and oh my… tastes so bad and explosively sweet. Two small bites would give diabetes… other pastries in the shop also look so underwhelming. They have a nice shop and many desks for working, the atmosphere is good, but I do not recommend the drinks or pastries here.

Caffè Nero is always nice. This one is okay. The staff was nice and the sandwich was good. But it needs a good scrub—everything was dirty. After I ate, I noticed that even my plate had a coffee stain on it, and I didn’t order one 😅 The girls were super busy; they’re probably understaffed, because this looks like weeks of neglect, not just a shift or two.
