Pregame stop just before the sold out PWHL Boston Fleet game at TD Garden. Small quaint typical authentic Irish pub. Nicely decorated. A bit loud since everybody talking over the live music. Great traditional Irish music. Friendly, attentive, professional and excellent service. Food was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. We ordered the pigs in blanket for appetizer. For our entrees, ordered the beef and Guinness pie, fish sandwich combo and steak tips. So good! Generous portions. Drinks are good. Can’t go wrong with a Guinness. Definitely returning to try the other items on the menu.

location and atmosphere are very vibrant and fun - they’re even open super late til 2a. However The food is surprisingly underwhelming given the rates I saw online, we got the Irish trio dishes (3/5), curry fries (2/5) and clam chowder (4/5). Might come here again for the beers or Irish coffee but probably not so much the food.

I liked my experience at Emmets! Starting with the servers: they were nice and helped us finding a nice table, even when we asked to switch. She was patient and always smiling. The atmosphere at the place is cozy and maybe finer than a real pub… but this is a positive for me. Irish music playing on the background is nice and not too loud and we could enjoy our dinner comfortably. Obviously, I nice Guinness made everything even better. Food was good. Drinks were great. Service was underwhelming. Not sure if our waitress was having a bad day or what was going on with her. I consider myself a very easy to deal with patron. She had an attitude from her intro which carried over through service, Left my group hanging for extended periods, seemed annoyed when we requested something and just had a very unpleasant attitude!!
